Our Wedding

Location and timing

Please join us at Tiff and Pete's place at 2.30pm. The address is 36 Hogans Gully Road, Arrowtown. G will walk down the aisle at 3pm and the celebrations will continue into the evening.

Attire

We're feeling fancy. The dress code is formal. Think dark suits and long dresses. For the heel wearers, keep in mind we will be spending some time on grass.

Parking

Parking is limited around Hogans Gully Road. There is some space available along the grass before the driveway (look at the Accommodation and Transport page). We are organising group transport from Arrowtown or Frankton and back. Get in touch with ASAP if you need a ride!

The day

Evening before

The evening before, we’ll be having some relaxed drinks outdoors at Swiftsure in Arrowtown between 5pm and 7pm. We kindly ask that you cover the cost of your own drinks.

For those of you staying on, please join us the next day (Saturday), for a debrief, games and some lunch back at Hogans Gully Road. We'll have some drinks, but if you plan to stay a while, feel free to bring a few to top things up! Join us any time from 12.30pm.

Accomodation

We are so grateful that many of you will be travelling to join us on the day. We'd recommend looking for accommodation in Arrowtown. There are plenty of great airbnbs around. Transport

We are organising shuttles from Arrowtown and Frankton and back. Please let us know if you would like us to include you in the transport arrangements and where you will be staying. Email us at calsandg@gmail.com with your group size, address and phone number as soon as you can. Schedules and locations will be shared closer to the time once we've got it sorted. If you need to park at the venue, please use the space available in the picture below. You'll need to walk down the driveway and turn left over the cattle stop.

Hiking in Arrowtown

The Sawpit Gully is a gorgy loop track through mostly open country. Start from the carpark near the Chinese Settlement in Arrowtown and follow the Arrow River Trail. This climbs above the Arrow River before you reach the signposted turn off to Sawpit Gully. Gibbston Valley Wineries 

If you have a spare afternoon, we'd recommend hiring some mountain e-bikes and popping between the wineries in Gibbston Valley.
